El Programa Oportunidades realiz\u00f3 una visita empresarial al Centro de Distribuci\u00f3n de Nestl\u00e9, ubicado en Nejapa, donde se cont\u00f3 con la participaci\u00f3n de 36 j\u00f3venes de la Fase de Intermediaci\u00f3n Estudiantil y Vinculaci\u00f3n Profesional de las sedes de Santa Ana, Sonsonate y San Salvador.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

El objetivo de estas visitas empresariales es fortalecer la formaci\u00f3n de los j\u00f3venes becarios para que puedan desempe\u00f1arse de la mejor manera en el mundo laboral, acompa\u00f1\u00e1ndolos y gui\u00e1ndolos para que conozcan las tendencias del mercado laboral actual y desarrollando en ellos las competencias necesarias para su posicionamiento profesional. Actualmente, m\u00e1s de 700 empresas conforman la red de empleadores del Programa Oportunidades.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Los j\u00f3venes participaron de tres charlas informativas impartidas por colaboradores de Nestl\u00e9, en las que se abordaron temas como: \u201cConoce m\u00e1s de Nestl\u00e9 y sus iniciativas por los j\u00f3venes\u201d, \u201cQu\u00e9 es un centro de distribuci\u00f3n y cu\u00e1les son sus principales procesos\u201d y \u201cC\u00f3mo se mueve el negocio de una marca mundial\u201d. Posteriormente, realizaron un recorrido guiado en el que pudieron observar en vivo el funcionamiento del centro de distribuci\u00f3n y resolver sus inquietudes.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Durante la visita, Rosa Guardado, ciudadana Oportunidades Class 2021, sede Santa Ana, y estudiante de Ingenier\u00eda Industrial, actualmente realiza su pasant\u00eda en el Centro de Distribuci\u00f3n de Nejapa, ella comparti\u00f3 con los dem\u00e1s j\u00f3venes su experiencia y los motiv\u00f3 a aprovechar estas oportunidades que fortalecen su desarrollo profesional.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Este es el segundo a\u00f1o consecutivo que se lleva a cabo esta actividad, la cual se suma a los esfuerzos del Programa Oportunidades por conectar a m\u00e1s j\u00f3venes con experiencias reales del mundo laboral.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Gracias a alianzas como la de Nestl\u00e9, ya son m\u00e1s de 1,051 j\u00f3venes graduados del Programa de empleabilidad Workeys, de los cuales el 92% logra colocarse en el mercado laboral y m\u00e1s de 1,040 han conseguido su primer empleo, alcanzando un \u00edndice de satisfacci\u00f3n del 91%. Estos resultados muestran el compromiso de la Fundaci\u00f3n Gloria Kriete de seguir formando e inspirando a los j\u00f3venes para que cada vez m\u00e1s puedan acceder a oportunidades que transforman sus vidas.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
